MAKING A PAYMENT
JTD accepts Bank Telegraphic Transfer and PayPal.
  1. Bank Telegraphic Transfer
    You can arrange payment via telegraphic transfer through your bank. All bank charges must be paid by the sender. Please ensure that payment is in US Dollars / Japanese Yen / Euro, and please include your Invoice & Stock number in the “description” field.
    Once the payment has been arranged, please send us a confirmation of payment together with Proforma Invoice and/or full name, address, Telephone/Fax number for contact purposes by our Email form: Click here or Fax: +81-52-355-9306.

    To send a payment, go to www.paypal.com and login to your PayPal account. Send money using a credit card or funds already in your PayPal Account.
    Due to PayPal fees, for amounts greater than US$4000 we are requiring an additional payment of 3% on the CIF amount. Please enquire with our staff for more details.
    All payments must be made in full. We will only arrange the shipping once full payment is received.
SHIPPING WARRANTY

There are 2 warranties. Standard Warranty is compulsory.

Standard Warranty

  1. Standard Warranty (as compulsory US$ 50): Covers vessel sinking, fire, or loss of cargo.
  2. Coverage Limit: Full CIF amount

Coverage Area:
From Nagoya, Japan to Unloading point at your destination seaport yard.
NO CLAIM ACCEPTED, after unloading your vehicle at your destination seaport yard.

Silver Warranty

  1. Silver Warranty (as optional, US$ 110): Covers vessel sinking, fire, or loss of cargo, damage (except by force majeure) and theft (except original audio/accessories).
  2. Coverage Limit: Full FOB amount.

Coverage Area: From Nagoya, Japan to Pick up point at your destination seaport yard (BEFORE DELIVERY).
NO CLAIM ACCEPTED, after you or your clearing agent picks up your vehicle at your destination seaport yard.
If you ask a clearing agent to pick up your vehicle, please tell the agent they must check vehicle condition before delivery (at seaport yard).
